1. Tested GWAS report with fewer significant digits and compressing the data but the complete GWAS report is still too large to insert into MySQL. I have not looked at HDF5 yet because I have been busy evaluating MonetDB for GOBII project. Storing the GWAS reports in the file system may be adequate. To retrieve all the values for a specific marker and trait takes about 8 seconds when the trait has been measured in 20 studies. 

2. Reviewed paper “GWAS of Leaf Rust Resistance, Feb 2016” using data loaded in T3. Compared their methods and results to use of QTL report on T3.

3. Based on the paper, I have added principle component analysis to the GWAS reports and included GWAS reports for experiment sets
