  1. Phew!  You're quick, Chris - looks good.  Thanks... it's good to see the repository pilot taking flight.

Keeping in mind Ned's suggestion regarding categories this morning, I looked at the STARS DD LL spreadsheet at the column I called, surprisingly enough, "Category" (see bold values below) and took a stab at adding some structure and hierarchy around my "flat" values of Category, using Christine's new values, adding one more LL-PM field called "Process" & shuffling Technical Category values to Group.  I'm proposing something along the lines of:

    Tracker

    Group

    Category

    Process

    PM

    CPMM

    General

    None

    PM

    CPMM

    Initiation

    Roles & Responsibilities

    PM

    CPMM

    Execution & Control

    Change Control

    Execute Communications Plan

    Testing

    ?

    Functional

    Support

    ?

    ?

    Functional

    Training

Note possible overlap of similar values (like "Support" can be Technical or Functional).  Thoughts?  If folks are okay with this idea, I will add the new "Process" field in the LL - PM tracker, move values around in the Technical tracker, add new values to the Functional tracker, then start placing the contents of the STARS DD LL spreadsheet into those new trackers.  Sound okay?  Please let me know... Thanks, all!
