1. On the Class Details page you will see a list of all the items that have been requested for your class. Click on the reserve item you wish to edit.
  2. At the top of the Reserve Item screen there will be a link entitled Edit This Item; clicking this link will open the same form used to add a new reserve item.
  3. At the bottom of the form there is a table listing the course and on what dates the item will be visible. Change the start and stop dates to match the period you would like the item to be viewable by your students.
  4. Click on the Submit Item button to save your changes.

    Note: The date function, while available for print reserves, only works for electronic readings. Setting the Start and Stop Date for a print reserve item will only remove it from the students view through the reserves web interface. The item will still be available at the reserves desk.
