1. From the Edit Class view of the course from which you wish to copy reserves, select Clone Class. This will open the Clone Class window (figure 22.1).
  2. In section A (figure 22.1), click on the Existing Class tab and enter some search criteria in any of the fields provided, for example PLPA 2010 in the Course Number field.
  3. Click on the Existing Course Search button located at the top of the window. The system will return a list of classes that match your criteria in the table located in section C (figure 22.1).
  4. From the list of classes returned in section C (figure 22.1), highlight the class into which you wish the items to be copied.
  5. Section D (figure 22.1) lists all of the items currently linked to the course you are copying. By default all items in this section will be selected. You may at this time unselect any item you do not wish to be copied over to the other course.
  6. From the main menu bar click on Clone Class & Items and the system will copy all of the selected items over to your other course..
