Introduction

As of August 2021, all CNF printers are migrating from Net-Print (PaperCut) to a new print server.

Printing to CNF printers via Net-Print is provided at no cost to CNF users. Users may print from CNF managed computers or from personal computers connected to the Cornell network.

On the backend, the print server is a standard Windows print server using Cornell authentication and authorization.

These instructions are in the process of being updated with the new printing configurations.

Manage Your Net-Print Account

On the Net-Print Account Management web site, one can:

  • view a summary of print jobs and pages
  • view the status of print jobs
  • add money to one's account for non-CNF printers
  • view printer status

When you login to the Net-Print Account Management website, login with the short version of your Cornell NetID or Cornell GuestID. And, of course, your password.
