Chatbot At Cornell

The AWS app for Teams that supports the AWS Chatbot has been approved for use in the Cornell Teams tenant and should be available as an app in your Cornell Teams configuration options.


(warning) Before using AWS Chatbot in your Cornell AWS account, we recommend the following:

  • Disable user data sharing. For more details and directions to change sharing settings see Data privacy in AWS Chatbot.
  • Ensure you understand that the AWS Chatbot can be configured to interactively run commands via Teams or Slack chat channels. Before enabling this functionality, be sure you understand what users have access to your chat channels, and the level of AWS account access and action you are enabling via the Chatbot.
