Returning to Windows as an administrator

  1. Press 'Esc'
  2. Type in the password that allows you to exit SiteKiosk
  3. "Log off user (start settings are not changed)" should be selected in the drop-down menu.  Press 'OK'
  4. Type the windows administrator username and password in the next pop-up window that comes up.  Press 'OK'
  5. Log into windows as an administrator using the same username and password
    1. (If for some reason there is no windows administrator password on this machine you will want to create one.  See http://www.ehow.com/how_5037569_change-administrator-password-xp.html for instructions on how to do that.)

Editing an existing SiteKiosk Configuration

  1. Press 'Esc'
  2. Type in the password that allows you to exit SiteKiosk
  3. "Configure SiteKiosk" should be selected in the drop-down menu.  Press 'OK' (at this point you could also choose to exit siteKiosk and log on as a different windows user)
  4. Type the windows administrator username and password in the next pop-up window that comes up.  Press 'OK'
  5. The SiteKiosk configuration program should appear.  From here you can make any necessary changes to the SiteKiosk configuration.  After making the changes, press "OK" again, and select "Overwrite old configuration file".  This will re-start SiteKiosk and refresh the trail tracker application.
