• Introduce Jeremy Cusker (Engineering Outreach and Reference Librarian) – Jeremy is working with Cornell E-Resources for about 8 hours a week, focusing on licensing related work.

  • Intota testing and conclusions – Let’s go through our list of Intota issues so far and figure out which might be showstoppers vs. “would be nice”.  If anyone has found any other issues since last we discussed them, feel free to bring them up.
    •  Showstoppers:
      • Overlap analysis Add by provider truncated list
      • License list load time lag
    • Problems to address - non-showstopper
      • Confusion in the database status column vs. actual status - should indicate partial status or Subscribed (3 of 35 titles) vs. Subscribed (All titles)
      • Title duplicates in search results when going to same authority record (JAMA example) - confusing at the least, could lead to incorrect activations at worst.

  • License entry project – Let’s use our remaining time looking at next steps with our license entry project.  Each CUL will take one a license to enter and we will discuss the nuances of the process.
    • Elsevier - Columbia
    • Springer - Cornell
