Better time for a call: I was hoping to be able to have our Friday call at 11:00 instead of 11:40 whenever my bi-weekly conflict wasn’t happening. Unfortunately, that Friday conflict is flaky and sometimes gets moved to the alternate Fridays with fairly short notice and it is something I should ideally not miss often. Would Tuesday or Wednesdays at 11:00 be viable fairly regularly?

Intota – Susan, Jesse, and Bob spoke with Kate and others at ALA. ProQuest will convert one of our sandbox systems over to Intota platform soon. Columbia has been sent pricing for Intota, Cornell has not, yet. - We will ask for one sandbox to test the system.

- Share what Christina did on the Dashboard–perhaps work jointly to put it into production. (It already has Cornell/Columbia Callisto data) - TBD at meeting in February - Wednesday Feb 18.
- Look at Intota together-- Jesse will virtually attend session on 1/15 with Kate Howe - Demo done, discussion underway and Trial access to be set up. - underway
- Work with Jesse (and Collection Development) on guidelines for negotiating with vendors on packages - discussed today, work progressing
- Create a place where we can compile the status of and issues surrounding potential joint e-resource purchases - discussed today, work progressing
- Exactly what information is needed here? Resource/Service, leads, status, terms/gains/savings of the deal? Or do we need a lot more details, such as the communication trail?
