Database administrative information scenario

  1. Database search = ABI

  2. Click on database “ABI/Inform Complete”

  3. Click on “Administration”

  4. Click on “Licensing”

Attach an existing contact:

  1. Click on “Contacts”

  2. Click on “Attach”

  3. Click checkbox for Susan Marcin

  4. Click Save

 

Subscribing to individual title in a new database scenario

  1. Provider search = JSTOR

  2. Click “View details” to show list of databases

  3. Click “Show All”

  4. Click on “JSTOR eBook History”

  5. Edit

  6. Mark as “Subscribed”

  7. Save

  8. Edit

  9. Check “We subscribe to only some of the titles in this database”

  10. Save

  11. Click on Titles: 0 of 271

  12. Do a “Title Begins With” search

  13. Search for “Seasons of Misery”

  14. Click on title link

  15. Click Edit

  16. Change status to “Subscribed”

  17. Save
