-          Update on Client Center response time

Message from Dominic at SerSol:

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding the latency you have reported in the Client Center. A bug report has been filed for this issue and our developers are currently working on an improvement to our infrastructure which should significantly reduce latency time in the Client Center. I am keeping track of the progress on this issue and will let you know when I receive status updates for the fix.

-          CE Workflows – I am gathering and drafting workflow for contacts and licenses in CE.  The page is here, but will be getting several updates between now and 11:40: https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/2cullts/Consortial+Edition+Workflow.  These are not meant to be set in tone, but rather to get us discussing the pros/cons and move towards a decision.  We did most of our meeting work in that document.
