Continue discussions of the steps involved in implementing joint troubleshooting
Two-way mentoring - Troubleshooting team will check in with each other about specific issues. We will see if we can come up with answers and the information needed. Use 2cultroubleshooting@libraries.cul.columbia.edu or phone. Goals
- Identify the highest priority systems to have access to and get that access
- Get used to each others information and procedures
- Develop a mentoring process for the broader troubleshooting staff
- Be prepared to broaden this effort to other troubleshooting staff by January 31?
