Lets use the "Systems used for e-resource management" document as an outline for listing the systems and account access we will need to arrange for everyone.
i.e.
Serials Solutions - need access to each others SerialsSolutions systems - How: create a user account for each person in both Serials Solutions systems. If we use the same e-mail addressas their regular account, they can easily switch back and forth - Who can do: SerSol admins, Jesse, Joyce, Susan, Liisa, and others
Voyager Acq and Cat - need user profiles and access to each other's systems - How: Currently via remote desktop to other institution machine, then logging in to their local Voyager. Who can do: Technically complicated. NetID/Uni for remote Desktop, machines configured for remote desktop, Voyager profiles to create. - Is there a smoother way to do this?
Access to licensed resources - Need to be able to test resources as an appropriate local user both "on-campus" and remote. Requires: NetID/UNI with appropriate privileges.
