  • System/Software
    • Callisto - Tuesday 9/17 (Jesse)
    • Incident Tracking - November 1 (Susan/Liisa)
    • Serials Solutions - September 30 (Jesse/Joyce)
  • Troubleshooting implementation
    • Timeline - Tentative begin full joint troubleshooting after ALA Mid-Winter.  Interim, review how initial responding and monitoring is going.
      • Steps along the way - Next week's primary topic.
    • Workflows - What can we answer vs. What can we fix? 

Set new report due date - October 15.

Other actions:

Planning Polycom session with all e-resources folks.

Going to begin chiming in on each others' troubleshooting reports if we have a quick solution or information. This will be internal communication, i.e. not responding to patrons.  Outline some incidents and how they were solved.
