Matt and I agreed to look over our charge before we talked this morning so that we would be able to assess our progress. We agree that we covered a lot of ground when we met at Columbia in April and feel satisfied that we are well on track.
We went over each point of our charge this morning when we spoke. We have work to do on #5 and will do that over the next few weeks. We each will pull together the data to respond to that question by determining the amount of orders we created in each institution for FY2012, looking at each quarter and considering the FTE currently working on ordering in each institution. We also made note that we will have to consider that Cornell's ordering stats includes CJK materials and that Columbia's does not.
We are not yet ready to address #6 and 7 of our charge.
We'll talk on the phone again in a few weeks. Also, if Matt is able to come to Ithaca to meet with Lisa Maybury for their receiving team's work in the next few weeks, he and I will get together at that time as well.
