1. We discussed the proposal for the Informal Consulting Network with Jason and they will consider adding assessment to record keeping.  JSMIN approved the document and wants to keep consulting as light weight and as middle out as possible.  Kate and Naun should be able to approve most proposals but will produce statements of work for large long term projects or costly projects or when a successful, timely result is critical.  Xin and Bob will be notified.
  2. Kate and Jim reported on the plan for TSI assessment for Mellon and for ourselves. See  https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/2cullts/2015-03-11  for minutes.  We agreed that it is important to keep track of intangible costs/benefits as well as evaluate initiatives on the basis of the 4 drivers.  We will use Basecamp as a sort of "journal" to assess the more subjective aspects if our initiatives and this may lead to more in-depth interviews later with Nisa and Zsuzsa. A revised repeat of the staff survey will be done toward the end of the grant period.
  3. We discussed the need for quarterly working lead meetings and decided that with the pivot from integration to initiatives that this would not be necessary. Instead we will try theme based meetings either as special meetings or as every third JSMIN meeting.  This will be an open meeting for interested staff.
