Reserving a Conference Phone through Library Administration.

As we reserve rooms through outlook, you may reserve equipment in the same way.  When you create a meeting, click the "scheduling Assistant" on the ribbon, in the lower left corner.

You will get a search box where you can search for the Conference phone.  Type "libadmin" in the search box.

S

Scroll down dill you see "Library Conf Phone".  There are 2 to choose from, click on one or both to bring them into your scheduling assistant.

From here, you will check their availability and put a check in the box on the left of the one that is available.  You will get an e-mail from Library Administration once your appointment is accepted or declined.  Before your meeting starts, go to the Library Administration office to pick up the conference phone. All the meeting rooms have active jacks where you will plug the phone in, keep in mind that you may need to try more than one to see if you get a dial tone.  If you need help, see one of the administrative assistants in Lib Admin or Laurie Stevens.
