Notes from TSI Administrative Team Meeting, Feb. 17, 2015
Attending: Kate, Bob, Xin, Jim, Nisa, Zsuzsa
Xin convened the Administrative team to begin planning how we will assess the outcomes of TSI at the end of 2015. The 2 purposes are for Mellon and for us as an aid to deciding what to continue once we no longer have Mellon funding.
We agreed to evaluate the entire project using the 4 drivers as the angle.
We agreed that one success is the 2CUL "brand" as it is helping us with opportunities outside of the TSI project.
We will look at reissuing the survey.
We will run a version of Nisa's social networking tool.
We will assess cost/benefit using the 4 drivers and try to consider intangibles in the narrative.
Kate and Jim will discuss how to involve JSMIN in this process.
A detailed planning meeting on the above will take place in March.
