1. Gaby did an excellent job walking us through the survey which was intended to have a baseline understanding of staff perception of 2CUL. The response rate was good. It was 61% total with 57% from Cornell and 73% from Columbia. The response to 2CUL TSI is a mixture of positives and negatives by a ratio of one to two. We need to do more interpretation of results but several themes surfaced. On average, respondents believe that 2CUL TSI will have a negative impact in all the areas surveyed, especially efficiency, communication, and decision-making. Within each surveyed area, the range of responses varied among different staff bodies at Cornell and between Columbia and Cornell.

2. Next steps are to further interpret and share results, starting with the TS supervisors, library administrators, and ultimately with involved staff. Timing will be coordinated.  Gaby and Nisa will present the findings and discuss the survey instrument.

Results will be shared as follows:
JSMIN 5/7 -- DONE.
LEG (Cornell) 5/20
Columbia Executive Committee 5/15
Management Committee (Columbia) 5/14?
TSL (Columbia) 5/13
LTS Heads (Cornell) 5/20
LTS staff?
