Notes from TSI Administrative Team meeting, 24 March 2014
Attending: Kate, Jim, Xin, Bob
1. We discussed some of the issues still surrounding what we can and cannot do together as 2CUL. Bob, Kris Kavanaugh, and Jim Neal will be meeting with Columbia Counsel and Procurement on April 16th to explore these issues further.
2. The "TSI MOU" ("2CUL Integrated Technical Services Governance: Guidelines and Principles") is just about ready to be shared with JSMIN, pending some final tweaks and the answer to one outstanding question. Kate and/or Jim will distribute it to that group as soon as the Admin Team has given it the final OK.
3. Ezra Delaney has promised us some additional information regarding existing accounting protocols at Cornell, which may influence our plans for 2CUL Currency. Xin will remind him about this in person later this week.
4. The Admin Team will invite its HR and assessment liasions, as well as Colleen and Boaz, to one of its meeting in late April or early May to review the TSI survey results and how to present them.
