1. Functional working groups.
Liaisons gave updates for functional group.
2. The pace of integration is starting to pick up, at least in some areas. Is everyone getting what they need? Are responsibilities clear (enough)?
Discussion: Is the role of the liaison changing? Is the Steering Committee still serving its purpose? The liaison is still an advocate for the working group, and should be the contact for issues and provides regular communication to TSI. If a team doesn’t want to explore, liaisons should document why. Some groups are more active than others. Liaison should ask those groups that are not that active, what is standing in their way and facilitate a discussion and brainstorm potential ideas/projects.
