- We discussed the Copy/Original Cataloging, Monograph Receiving, and Print Serials charges. We agreed to several across the board changes and will rewrite (or add) the documentation and evaluation components of the charges. For accountability and transparency sake, we decided to still include broader scope issues (like: vendor arrangements, collection development, shelf-ready, serials and standing orders policies etc.) in the charges but to include language about consultation with other groups like JSMIN, directors and other work groups.
- We added the analysis of Gifts processing to the Monograph Receiving WG phase 2 charge.
- We have shifted some liaisons, team chairs, and memberships around to better reflect scope and goals of new charges.
- We agreed that recent Co-Operative Cataloging initiative is not an integral part of TSI and should not be added to the charges.
