This meeting was successfully held using WebEx for the first time instead of Skype.
The committee reviewed the minutes from our Nov. 13-14 meetings in Columbia. Some corrections were noted and some updated information will be added to those minutes.
The committee reviewed the current draft of the Glossary of Functional Terms briefly before the meeting ended. At our next meeting we will try to have Cornell's May 2012 LTS staff inventory spreadsheet on the screen to see how the issues identified in the development of the functional terms will inform changes that need to be made to this spreadsheet so that it can be used across all of 2CUL. This should make the purpose and preferred final form of the Glossary clearer.
