1. The Alma Negotiation meeting scheduled for today was postponed again.
2. We agreed that we'd have a hiatus for TSI Steering while integration issues and Alma are unclear.
3. We agreed to hold 2 JSMIN meetings a month: the first and third Thursdays of each month, starting June 5th.
4. The June 5th agenda will include discussion of the TSI survey and next steps and the role of JSMIN with special reference to elements from the TSI Steering Committee charge, e.g., oversight for documentation.
5. The June 19th agenda will include discussion of the working groups. Are their priorities still equal?
6. Joyce and Jesse will propose a meeting, including public services and systems staff, to reach consensus on a coherent framework for record loading and display. Record sets such as Marcive or Hathi can be loaded at either the consortial or instance level.
7. Columbia just had a high level support staff member resign which may impact plans to work on Cornell e-resources. Cornell has a spreadsheet prepared that could be worked on by Columbia.
