Brief demo of Cornell's new database search: https://newcatalog-dev.library.cornell.edu/databases/

-          Consortial Edition – It’s back.  Let’s start getting some usable contacts and licenses entered to see how it can work in reality.  Any Sharing/Inheriting permissions we had set up for user accounts seem to have been wiped in our period of CE mysteriously being turned off.

  • License Proposal - Bill Kara review several NERL agreements 2CUL has in common using Serial Solutions license terminology checklist.  Along the way, we can review questions he has about what certain terms mean, if Cornell and Columbia would interpret something the same way, and if we need to update Sersol license options.  Liisa and Susan will be sounding board for issues/questions.
  • Contacts - Liisa will coordinate entering vendor contacts sample into CE from Cornell's data (D's and E's).
  • Set-up contact type menu with these values
    • Vendor - Columbia

-          JSMIN – JSMIN met on Thursday.  Jesse will give an update of the relevant happenings.  In particular, we have been asked to summarize the kinds of things we intend to investigate and/or collaborate on as we get more into RMCE.  This can include re-booting our troubleshooting efforts, data management, accounts management, license management, etc…

-          Next two Fridays – Jesse is out all of next week and Friday of the following week.  Does anyone want to use the official meeting time for 2CUL E-Resources related work?  Contacts and/or Licenses?  No official call next two weeks.  Can reconsider if needed.

-          Anything else?
