As of May 23, 2016, the Cornell IT Help Desk has processes in place to support AWS users requesting server certificates through the AWS Certificate Manager (ACM). Public-facing documentation about this support is found at http://www.it.cornell.edu/services/aws-cert/.

This support also includes a process by which ACM emails for approval sent to noc@cornell.edu (a contact for the cornell.edu domain). Internal support desk documentation is found at https://hdinternal.cit.cornell.edu/ccwiki/AWS-Certificate_Manager.
