Intota -

Jesse - draft proposal - should this be separate for each of us, or a 2CUL proposal?

Training options -

  • On-site or web based? - PQ is currently pushing for on site training at $2000/day.  They have outlined 2 or 4 day versions.  As regular users of SerSol products, we should have fairly specialized training.  Do we need on site?
  • On same site?  - Preferred
  • Work out training details - 2CUL E-Resources group will iron out details with PQ staff before deciding on schedule and length.
  • Timeline - shoot for the week of August 24 for changeover and training.

Issues - License list still very slow to load

Title list confusing - JAMA example

I can’t discount training, so it’s really just a decision of how much you want to spend.  The $8000 would be great but we could get away with the $4000 one if need be.

Jesse, as we discussed (and as I discussed with Bob, Joyce) we would really like to get this paperwork done in July as the pricing has been out to you all for quite some time.  To be honest, it’s last year’s pricing and this year’s has gone up.

I am going to resend the original emails that I sent to you both about the pricing and how its handled so you have it at the top of your inbox.  Then as soon as you tell me which training you want, I will complete the order form and send it to all for signature.

Thanks

Kate
