At the end of each semester all Library created Blackboard sites should be removed.

  1. If needed archive the Blackboard course by following these directions: Archive a Blackboard Course.
    1. This should only be done if there where documents uploaded directly to Blackboard.
  2. Email atc_support@cornell.edu  with a list of the blackboard ID's to be removed.

   Note: At the end of the semester, the status of all items on reserve in Ares will be changed to "Item Removed from Reserves." No further action is required.Please note that Ares may remove items that are intended for permanent reserve. These items may need to be manually reactivated at the beginning of the next semester.
