Remove “h” from micro_by_007
Select “Book,” “Serial,” and “Serial – Music” from folio_format_type_adc_groups
Select “FY 2023” for record_created_fiscal_year

PHYSICAL TITLE COUNTS (excluding microforms)

Filter CR215 to:

Select “Book” from folio_format_type_adc_groups for the books title count
Select “Serial,” “Serial – Computer file,” and “Serial – [any other bib format present]” from folio_format_type_adc_groups for the serial title count (add the serial microform count for the final count)
Select “Map” from folio_format_type_adc_groups for the map title count
Select “Sound recording” from folio_format_type_adc_groups for the sound recording title count
Select “Visual materials” and “Kit” from folio_format_type_adc_groups for the visual materials title count (the “3-dimensional object” count is added for national reporting)

NON-SERIAL MICROFORM TITLES

Filter CR216 to:

Remove “Serial,” “Serial – Computer file,” and “Serial – [any other bib format present]” from folio_format_type_adc_groups
Note: All microform titles are included in national counts even though some overlap with print title counts

Select “e-databases” from ematerial_format for the e-database title count
(Those with “unknow” for ematerial_format will not be counted unless rules are set up for counting them; counts for “e-misc” are also not reported in the trends report)
