I. Accident/ Injury Reporting

- Review of draft procedure for the Undergraduate teaching labs (see attached document)
- Tom Rutteledge averse to the idea of following up with the TA to ensure that info has been logged into the University system……too many emails
- Suggestion of setting filter for these emails
- Suggestion to have Safety Manager follow-up to ensure that the information has been entered into the electronic system
- Questions as to who enters the data
- Suggestion to try the system

**Chad Lewis agreed to serve as a resource to the DiSalvo group since he uses a similar system as does Prof. Sogah, Dichtel, Coates and Lewis.
