If for some reason a batch was not printed correctly due to either hardware failure or technical problems, it can be recovered and reprinted.

  1. From the Ares Main Window select Fulfillment from the main menu. From this menu select Print Sessions. Please see Figure 17.1.
  2. The View Print Sessions window will open (figure 17.2). This screen will display all past batches printed.
  3. Click on the batch you wish to reprint and click on Reprint Selected Sessions.
  4. Ares will compile a data file and download it to your local machine. After it has finished it will open a Microsoft Word Template.
  5. Follow the directions in the next section depending on your version of Office.
  6. Depending on the items that have been reprinted please follow those directions for finishing the processing of those items.

Note: Depending on your template you may have to cut the pages into sections to create
individual pull slips or processing slips.

Warning: The reprint function reprints all items no matter how their status has changed
from the orginal batch. If items have been moved to other queues or have finished
processing they will still show up in the reprinted batch. Caution should be used when using
this function as it may cause issues with processing later.
