- John to confer with Jenny regarding whether that laptop would benefit from being supported by PhysIT.
- On Jenny's request, MS Office upgraded from 2010 to 2013.
- Lots of software issues caused upgrade to be challenging, but PhysIT made an effort not to change anything else.
- Examples of needs:
- BIOS 803 => 816.
- Lots of software issues, so reimage if PhysIT were to manage.

- DONE: PhysIT to inventory Physics's printers.
- Completed Spring 2016; had waited for Chemistry's printers first being added to PhysIT's "real" inventory system.
