Accomplishments

• Revised Teach-in, Presented to class
• Spoke with Monroe about research direction

Metrics

• Discovered that we don't need to be doing research for turbulent or transition regions-turbulent flow only for above 350mL/min, only possible for new plant.
• Decided to use two FCM to dose for high flow rate

Outcomes

• Going to focus specifically on replication of FCM flow under 350mL/min (want to stay in laminar region)
• No need to do alum/chlorine viscocity tests

Issues

• Plan to construct replication of FCM used in Honduras.
• Focus shifted- main goal to now explain variation between experimental and theoretical models, attempt to come up with consistent and predictable design method.
