Accomplishments

• Went through Fluent Tutorials/Introduction to CFD Basics
• Added more details to wiki page: problem specification

Metrics

Outcomes

• Steady problem: march the solution for the unsteady equation towards convergence to a steady state

Issues

• The flow in sedimentation tank is laminar or turbulent flow: need lab data/literature
• Intuitively, the settled flocs have an evident impact on the flow, not like passive tracer
• Define the boundary values: conditions at the connection between different flow regions
