Accomplishments

• Goals and Minutes added to Wiki as required
• Fliers for LabVIEW created and posted in Uris and Phillips Hall
• Ad for LabVIEW submitted to Sundial
• Drafts completed for pamphlet, ESW abstract
• Three ENGRD 1050 Presentations are scheduled for this fall
• Names and Hometowns were collected during class for publicity efforts

Outcomes & Issues

• Teach in was discussed, especially with regard to what we see as being our biggest challenges for this semester: time & communication with the entire team
• Pamphlet will be e-mailed to team members for revision
• need to find Cornell logos to use
• LabVIEW ad will also be submitted to SWEmail
• Need more discussion around poster, will use teach-in next week to get feedback from class
• need to figure out where we can print stuff

Action Items

• Tasks again divided and deadlines set
  • Narayan
    • Will investigate getting an electronic account through Cornell Fund, or other existing money collecting agency on campus where we can collect donations. (due 9/25)
    • Will create an Excel database for grants including deadlines, application requirements, websites.. (due 10/1)

    • Will continue to work on new poster (due 9/21/08)
    • Will print new poster after incorporating feedback
    • Will contact the Pilot Plant team to see Pilot Plant and CWTP

    • Will incorporate feedback into final draft of pamphlet and print it (due 9/30)
    • Will put together rough draft of presentation for Teach-In (due by Saturday night, 9/20)
    • Will write draft of letter for solicitation packet (due 10/1)

    • Will consult with Jake on Poster (due 9/21)
    • Will start to put together the body of the solicitation packet (due 10/1)
