The Lessons Learned Work Group was facilitated by Stephanie Herrick and Butch Labrecque and was made up of project managers who are interested in improving the way Lessons Learned (as a methodology construct) are done at Cornell.
The Work Group defined its own charge, approaches, and expected deliverables.
