FOLIO Reporting Users,
As part of our move to new versions of FOLIO and LDP software this weekend, the LDP Test and LDP Production reporting databases will not receive their nightly data transfer this evening. Because the data will be inaccurate on both systems and system updates will be taking place, we ask that you refrain from running queries, using automated reports, and using Tableau dashboards that contain FOLIO data on Saturday, March 4, 2023.The nightly data transfers from the FOLIO Application server to the LDP Test and LDP Production reporting databases will resume Saturday evening, so it will be fine to start running queries, using automated reports, and using Tableau dashboards that contain FOLIO data again starting Sunday, March 5, 2023.

Current Status of Data on LDP Production and LDP Test reporting databases:

• LDP Production reporting database - 

  Nightly LDP Production reporting database data transfers from the FOLIO Production application server are stable. Data accuracy and currency is expected for all reports run with reporting applications such as DBeaver, for all automated report downloads, and for all Tableau dashboards using LDP data.

• LDP Test - Nightly LDP Test reporting database data transfers from the FOLIO Production application server are stable. Data accuracy and currency is expected for all reports run with reporting applications such as DBeaver, for all automated report downloads, and for all Tableau dashboards using LDP data.
