Each user is required to have a permission set assigned to them to gain access to the FOLIO system. User's will log into FOLIO using their Cornell NET-ID and password; users are not to share accounts.
You may request at any time for a student to be given access to FOLIO by:

Removing Permissions / Notice of Termination
Please be sure to have any permissions removed when a student leaves their position by either contacting your unit representative or by emailing the FOLIO Security Subcommittee.
Annual Cleanup
Prior to the end of the Spring semester the FOLIO Security Subcommittee will send out an excel file with all current student users. We will ask that student supervisors to please review the list and indicate what users should be removed.
At the completion of the Spring semester all permissions will be removed for the users indicated as no longer employed by Cornell University Library.
