Bugfixes and usability improvements.

Features

• Option to filter by archive when performing queries from the header. 

• Retain sort order preference; consider announcement date as default for at least some queries.

Bugs

• Author name links from abs page/search results do not handle surname prepositions correctly.
• Wildcards don't work as expected in ACM, MSC classification fields.
• Order of initials are not always taken into account when searching by author name.
• Some edge-case queries still produce 500 errors.

Other

• Enumerate other deliverables that aren't bugs or features.
