Harold wanted to know what buttons to press on the office phone to cancel whatever he had set up.

• Oliver could not understand from Harold what the set up was, what Harold was actually wanting it to do, or even if what he wanted to do was activate or cancel a set-up.

This is our best guess what Harold needed:

• Press # 9.

We believe he uses "Call Forwarding Busy/ No Answer" on the office phone, which gets activated (by whom?) using *3, and then the 5-digit extension.

• Note that # 9 will cancel either "Call Forwarding Busy/ No Answer" OR "Call Forwarding All Calls". The latter is activated using *2.
