John to confer with Jenny regarding whether that laptop would benefit from being supported by PhysIT.
On Jenny's request, MS Office upgraded from 2010 to 2013.
Lots of software issues caused upgrade to be challenging, but PhysIT made an effort not to change anything else.
Examples of needs:
BIOS 803 => 816.
Lots of software issues, so reimage if PhysIT were to manage.
