Desktop Services' Help Desk team provides direct IT support to the endowed and statutory library units. If you have any questions, please contact us through the *cul-dshelp-l* *"at" cornell.edu* mailing list. You can also call us at 607-255-8530. 

Peer IT support providers are also welcome to contact Desktop Services via *cul-dshelp-l "at" cornell.edu*.

h4. *Help Desk*

Desktop Services Helpdesk provides front-line technical support for  our supported staff.&nbsp; Please email us at <cul-dshelp-l> or call  our central support line at 255-8530.

Our goal is to provide quick responses to immediate desktop support  needs. We are available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.

h4. *Hardware Support*

Library staff that are supported by Desktop Services are provided  with a Dell desktop PC and LCD monitor.&nbsp; Microsoft Windows is the  standard OS configuration and applications include an array of standard  software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.&nbsp; You will also have  access to departmental shared printing services.{expand}{children:depth=3\|excerpt=true\|style=h3}
