Michael Hint's write-up following Chem's staff's Office 365 migration.

OWA backdoor to access EGA’s does not work in O365 ( for example: https://exchange.cornell.edu/owa/crcf@cornell.edu worked, but this does not work as https://outlook.cornell.edu/owa/crcf@cornell.edu ). Chuck Boehim indicates this was not expected but not a priority.
iOS devices when connecting to O365 OWA outlook.cornell.edu get a lite edition of OWA and can’t seem to get the full graphical edition necessary to change over to another mailbox.
Users who prefer the lite edition of OWA can downgrade themselves in O365 OWA by going to settings and turning on the blind/low-vision experience. Once set, user always gets lite edition of OWA from every device, but the user is free to revert back. Lite OWA has EGA restriction as described above.
From working with someone we support we were reminded of the how bad Eudora IMAP is and how much of a pain it is. But at least Bomgar works with PowerPC (very old Mac).
