update sandbox -> you get one update on a prescribed day
turn around time on tests that update sandbox is one week (data is refreshed at that rate, so tests that update data that has to be reset for the next test will have to wait a week).
additional tenants will require a charge. (actual charge is not yet known)
there is a 6 week window for implementing a new release
