This diagram illustrates the fundamental questions concerning HR/Payroll data delivery.

Legend:

  1. The feed stops with the deployment of Workday. The PS ERA HR/PY datamart may have to presist if all data doesn't get converted to a new Workday Era HR/Payroll DM.
  2. The labor data to KFS will need to be decommissioned.
  3. A new labor feed to KFS will have to be built.
  4. The extracts, transformations and loads from Workday to a new Workday Era HR/Payroll data mart will be needed, once requirements are understood.
  5. Some reports will be done directly from Workday. Payroll may expect CIT to make some or all of them.
