The Administrative Systems Planning Committee has moved CUL's Course Information Service project from the TBD (not yet prioritized) category to the Priority B category. This is good news. There are still several projects ahead of ours, but we are in the active portion of the queue, so our movement up it will be visible and trackable from now on. According to Jolene Scaglione, who manages the Exploit PeopleSoft program track that we are in, a Fall Semester 2010 completion target is unlikely, but a Spring Semester 2011 is possible.

Ares Tools Guide

I uploaded a Draft Ares Tools Guide in a PDF format. Please understand that this is a draft and will act as a shell for the final document, which will be completed later.

The Ares Tools application is almost ready for release; we are just waiting to hear back about some possible restrictions. After these are cleared I will upload a copy of the install files for everyone.

Welcome All

Hi Everyone..

I have finished coping over the documentation. I am currently in the processes of coping over the ITS documentation, which currently is only visible to our group.
