The attached file contains the Excel macro for converting names to T3 compliant names. It seems to handle the names in the file correctly, but there may be some cases that will come up that are not handled correctly. For instance, if there are two embedded blanks in a row they would probably get a double underscore instead of just one. So, the results should be inspected to make sure there are not some oddball cases.
The macro is called “convertName”. To use it, highlight the names to converted, then run the macro. It puts the converted names in the column to the immediate right of the selected cells. So you have to have any empty column there to begin with.
