Create Course

Create Course

1. From the main window select New, Class
2. Add course information, select Save

Add Cross Listing

1. Open {*}Cross Listings{*} tab
2. Add cross listing information at bottom of window
3. Click {*}Add Cross Listing{*}

Add Co-Instructor

1. Open {*}Class Users{*} tab
2. Open {*}Proxy Instructors{*} sub tab
3. Add co-instructor's NetID at the bottom of the window
4. Click Add

Create Item

1. Open {*}Class Items{*} tab
2. Select {*}Add Item{*}
3. Fill in item information
4. Select Save
5. Place in appropriate queue for processing

Copy Item - Individual Item

1. Open the item you wish to copy
2. Select Clone
3. Search for course to copy to, highlight course
4. Select {*}Clone Item{*}

Copy Item - Multiple Items

1. Open the course to copy from
2. Select {*}Clone Class{*}
3. Search for course to copy to, highlight course
   1. {*}Existing Class{*} tab
4. Select items to copy
5. Select {*}Clone Class & Items{*}
