1. From the main page under Instructor Tools select Previous Classes. This will bring up a list of classes that have already posted.
  2. From the table provided click on the course you wish to copy. This will open the course into a detail view.
  3. From the menu under Instructor Tools select Clone Class.
  4. The next screen displayed is the information for the class you will be creating. By default the course number, description, etc., have been copied over to the new course's field. You may change any of these fields.
  5. At the bottom of the Clone Class screen you will see a list of all the items that were on reserve for this course. By default they are all checked, and by default will all be copied over to the new course. You may uncheck any item you do not want to copy over to the new course.
  6. Click on the Clone Class button; the system will create a new course with the information provided and copy over all the past reserve items to the new course.

Note: When past electronic readings are copied over to a new course and the documents are still available on the server they will be available for use right away. Books and print reserves will have to be processed by the reserves staff to be placed back on reserve.
