Day Swing (10-10) when no overnight internShift should be pushed back to 12-12 as often Swing resident not as well utilized in morning at this time but often stays very late writing transfers as well as seeing cases well beyond shift given spike in cases between 5pm and midnight. 
Overnight resident being at work from 8pm until 10-11 am

1) Morning rounds must start at 8am (not 8:15 or 8:30 or 9) 2) Any non-specific paperwork, continued case care etc should be passed over to morning intern and Chief to jointly handle case 3) Attending clinician be changed in UVIS at 8am by morning technician or ESA

Can we put the rotations up on Box along with the year long scheduleits hard to remember which shifts include which days without the rota outline
